The lead team

Cathryn Kinsella, Director and Founder

Cathryn is Eclipse Inventories’ founder. Whilst working in an estate agency in 2004, she saw a need for an inventory provider that understood the property sector from the inside. Cathryn knew that by creating reports that were clear, concise and factual the system could only get fairer.

Cathryn is now head of training, sales and marketing.

Cathryn loves a challenge, especially in aid of charity, having raised several thousand doing events such as Hellrunner, The London 100 Bike Ride, skydiving and half marathons.

Oli Anderson, Director

Oli is joint owner-director. A.K.A The Resident IT Guru, Oli’s background in IT and computer programming enable us to keep at the forefront of in-house bespoke systems. Oli now heads up finance, systems and diary wizardry for those last minute jobs. He brings order and processes to the table enabling company growth and expansion.

Oli is kept busy as a landlord, owner of Whatshalfway.com, father of two and resident chef with a passion for Thai cooking.

Liv Turner, Business Operations Assistant

Liv first joined Eclipse Inventories in 2021 as an Administrator, juggling working, studying for her degree and the fun of student life for three years before graduating. In January 2025, she stepped into her current role as Business Operations Assistant, handling many aspects of the business from all things administration to marketing to sales.

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at Eclipse, you’ll probably find her lost in a book, at a concert, or planning another escape to somewhere hot!

Our clerks

Our clerks are central to our business, so we only recruit people who believe in the same things that we do: great service, integrity, timeliness and being friendly but professional.

Eclipse Inventories’ team of clerks go through a rigorous training process, covering things such as health and safety, acting with a duty of care, best practices and legal aspects, through to the practicalities of being a clerk. We dedicate time and money to ensure all of our clerks work to our exacting standards.

We are members of both the AIIC and ARLA Propertymark, so as a company we operate according to their guidance for best practice, and all of our clerks are trained to these standards.

Getting the right people is a top priority for Eclipse Inventories as we know we will only ever be as good as our team.

A brief intro to some of Eclipse’s clerks

Jean-Paul, Clerk

With 30 years experience in estate agency, consultancy and as a landlord, Jean-Paul brings great knowledge to the table.

Confident at handling all types of properties we are always sure of the quality of the content of his reports. A lover of all things property, travel and design and a collector of watches in his spare time.

Mohammed, Clerk

Mo has a background in block inventory management in South East London, so brought some good timekeeping and inventory knowledge to the table when he joined us.

He is a super keen learner and a perfectionist, so he makes an ideal clerk. Mo likes to keep busy with his family and property development in his free time.

Debbie, Clerk

With a background in administration within the estate agency world, Debbie understands the detail needed to avoid issues at check out. Debbie now works on a part-time basis for Eclipse Inventories as a clerk.

A mother to three children, Debbie enjoys the flexibility of being a freelance clerk and the variety the job brings. A lover of travelling, reading, cycling and family time.

Emma, Clerk

Emma came from a background in corporate finance. She happily decided to trade spreadsheets for smoke alarms! Her previous life meant she came equipped with a great eye for detail and an appreciation for accuracy.

Emma enjoys the variety and freedom involved in ‘clerking’ and how it fits in perfectly with her many other studies and interests (none of which involve spreadsheets!).

Martin, Clerk

Martin comes from a block management background, so has a keen eye for spotting issues within a building and also a well honed skill for liaising with tenants and landlords.

Martin is a great clerk when we can tie him down, as he has a passion for travelling the world in his spare time and loves spontaneous trips to far flung countries.

Victoria, Clerk

Being one of our youngest clerks, Victoria has a great willingness to learn and is always keen to do the best job possible. She has a natural ability to see the smallest defect, making her a great clerk.

Victoria is also a fully trained aerialist and teaches this unique skill alongside being a clerk. Ensuring Victoria is a fully fit and flexible member of the team!
