The requirement

Caroline was a new landlord when we first dealt with her. Upon meeting her to do the inventory, Caroline was not informed on all of the safety legalities in rental properties.

What we delivered

We explained where the property did not comply in terms of smoke detectors, a lack of blind cleats and a loose floor covering. We also guided her on the check in process, to ensure the tenants signed off our report to avoid disputes at check out.
