You contact us to book your job and we help you decide which service you need.
Once a suitable time and day have been chosen we email instant booking confirmation. We also offer full flexibility if you need to make changes.
Day of the job
Our expert clerks attend the property at the agreed day and time to complete the appointment.
Duty of care
Our clerks are trained to flag any issues straight away that they find at the property.
No more than 24 – 48 hours after the job, the reports are with the customer.
We offer a full advisory service post job to support and guide fair decisions. This can also be backed up by our legal advisors.
We look at the inventory process from our experience in the estate agent world, from being landlords and from 15 years of industry knowledge. We know the importance of getting this right, so we aim to be unique in our dedicated service to you.
We know things change when moving home, so if you need to change your booking at the last minute, we will be your flexible friend and organise this for you.
We know the importance of receiving the report quickly, so we utilise our bespoke report management system to make this happen.
If there are new laws a landlord needs to adhere to that relates to the inventory process, we will make sure these are flagged in our reports.
We are at the other end of the phone or reachable by email, with our clerks available seven days a week.
