After a tenancy is finished and immediately after the tenant has vacated the premisses we will go in and carry out a property check in South London, West London and Wandsworth. When we go round to the property to complete this property check we will examine the condition of the rooms and document anything that has been damaged or changed since the original landlord inventory was carried out. Anything that has altered will be reported back to you and and the tenant.
